Is there a simple changelog so I know what works or was fixed or added for each release. It's hard to follow on the forums since there are so many micro-updates that each get their own thread. So, I ask again, Is there maybe a txt or html doc that had a list of all the updates?

Lastly, is there an email list I can get on so I know when there's an update to the plugin or standalone?

a proper manual would also help!
