Hi,

I'm trying to activate my license for v2, but the login license info for the Standalone & the server disappear
when I hit "enter" after entering each one.
Before the very first rendering you should fill in the server address (only 127.0.0.1 at the time), login and password (your license key info) to activate the server.
I've tried ctrl-v and typing the login info, but they disappear each time. :(

I searched here, the Plugin user manual, and Google, but don't see a post about it.

Please tell me what I need to do to activate the license.
Thanks in advance!

You should fill in all the fields, and only then press the "Activate license" button.

Thanks, but when I put in the numbers in one field, then click in the next field to enter
the next set, the first set of numbers disappears.

I set Octane as the renderer in Prefs, selected "Rendered" as the display type,
but when I try to render, it says "the Render Server at 127.0.0.1 is not activated"

In my Octane account, to the right of the username & password info for the server
and for the plugin, it says, "deactivate". Do I have to de-activate and re-activate,
or is that only when I change machines?

все хорошо! :)

I just re-booted, and was able to activate the server. Probably just a Windows problem.

;) Thanks JimStar!

You must not have the "Rendered" mode active when trying to activate the license on the OctaneServer.

Thanks very much.

Maybe include that in the installation instructions?
Before the very first rendering you should fill in the server address (only 127.0.0.1 at the time), login and password (your license key info) to activate the server. After the first rendering the server will remember this activation info, and you will not need to enter it again.
Note: You must not have the "Rendered" mode active when trying to activate the license on the OctaneServer.
