Unable to activate Blerder Octane on Windows 8.1

I am unable to activate the Blender version.
I did everything I found on this forum.

Any suggestion.

I tried with this version
Octane server 2.21.1-7.5
Blender Octacte edition 7.2 (2.73)

And also with this version
Octane Server 2.06.6.5
Blender octane 2.06.6.5(2.72)

I also tried with compatibility mode to Windows 7 and also running the program as administrator

I always get de same result when I tried to do a render
"Not activated - Render server at address 127.0.0.1 is not activated"

Are you making sure to enter both standalone and blender license keys into the octane server section fo the render settings and clicking activate license?
What does the system console say? (Window -> toggle system console)
Does the standalone activate ok?

I found my problem when reading the console.
I tried to activate version 2 with version 1.x account number.
I have to by the version 2 license.

After verification, I bought the version 2 license for the standalone render in 2014 june.
But I did not realize I also have to upgrade the Blender Plugin to version 2.
And I also have the version 1 for DAZ Studio to upgrade. But the DAZ version 1 plugin seems to continue to work with the verion 2 of the standalone render.
