I, to am desperately looking for an animation function for Octane in SU. Do you use the Lua script you reference? Is it supported at all? There seem to be many issues with it.

Some time ago I tested the LUA plugin and it worked great. I had no issues with it, although I've read some users reported problems.
Try to play with the script first. If it works just export your SU scene to the Standalone and enjoy animations.

I wonder if it can handle individual object animations? Ultimately I need to move to something like your Modo or Cinema4D, which seems to be very well rounded, if expensive. But if we can translate SU animations to Octane, it would be brilliant. Can't wait till Fuzzy can give it some love again.
Best,

thank you smicha,
I've tried to use Ol' Ready Cam (ORC)and it works well,
the matter is that I'n not very interested in using standalone version, I'm a sketchup user and I'd like to
stay in the skp environment.
