can octane use stream processors?

I'm sure this has come up before, but can octane utilize "stream processors" just like it does with CUDA cores?
There's a card on newegg with equivalent stream processors as the titan z's cuda cores but for 1/3 the price.

Octane uses Cuda cores.
Does it have Cuda cores?
If no, then no, it won't work.
