I've just downloaded the C4D plugin, and amazed by thepowr of the tool already.
I've played with the settings a bit and now I have a few question:
1. live viewer is not updating any more. I'm not entirely sure what I changed, but live viewer is only working when I press the green octane logo to reload the scene. When I first installed the tool, live viewer was updating when I move the objects around but now it's not working - it only updates when I rotate the camera and lights around. Object movements are not reflected.
2. I've changed the environment color to some random green to seee, and now it's stuck. No matter how many times I close the whole app (C4D) and re-open it, it's still the same weird green. I can't reset it.
3. overall, I would love to know if there is any "reset" functionality since both of the issues above are as I've explained above no matter what I do. Restarting C4D does not help.
Thanks

The same is happening to me but on a licensed version. How can I fix this?
First, you should activate "Check geometry" option.
Second, put a octane object tag to moving objects. This specify which objects will be updated.
You can ask that: Why we are doing this complex way, else automatically update every objects? Because we seperate the structures to able immediately update some part of objects. Seconds, geometry update is slow in Octane. We are trying to be away from updating all objects on every times.

I don't have any moving/distorting geometry in my scene. However, I still checked the "check geometry", and I've added an octane object tag. Here I attach my scene which does not update when I open the live view, load the scene and press play.
