I'm not seeing a lot of feedback in these areas so I say No!. Even cycles is hanging up on fire/smoke simulations and has to fall back onto CPU rendering. The only solution I feel is going to solve this problem is to get a second mortgage on my house so that I can buy professional grade software and hardware.
