Hi, I have a simple request, but I'm posting here to see if anybody found a workaround.

From what I can tell, you can't manually set material ID colors. It's random, or at least pre-assigned to the materials. To properly mask, I'd need true RGB colors so I can isolate the channels in Photoshop. Is there any way to properly mask items other than using select-by-color or the magic wand in photoshop? These methods are imprecise.

Try the modifier "Material By Element" :D

Yeah, these predefined colors suck!
