Advice on new computer performances.

I am planning on buying a new computer which will be devoted to 3D and rendering.
Does anyone has any advice on which computer I should get? Or details about the graphic card performance etc...this is for high-quality professional rendering in architecture.

Ok, seriously..
What is your current build?
Do you want to keep it the way it is or might you use it to make a good rebuild with new case, pu and gpu?
Or has to be a total new PC?
Your budget is also defining your possibilities or is there no limit?
Is your only goal gpu rendering with Octane or do you need cpu power as well?
If you tell more about your wishes you can get specific advice.
You can take look at existing builds showed on different threads to get inspired and make choices to start with like watercooling, aircooling, building a slave for rendering, or has it to be a solitude master pc, do you need 6gb vram or is less enough ...And so on
