Nevertheless I wonder what kind of protections will be possible when actually distributing those file containers to end users.
How are Holographic file types preventing 3d model and map extraction?

Currently if you send a 2d rendering of an image or video to another person they cannot extract the 3d model from the image or video file container.
Nevertheless how are the file containers set up that are intended to be used with Head Mounted Displays, augmented reality applications or holographic computing?
Is it possible to protect the 3d models you create for such applications from creative end users that try to reverse engineer such file types?
In theory this may not be a new question because in game development people may have been faced with that challenge for years.

The answers to these questions may also influence how vendors of licensed 3d content have to update their EULA in regards to holographic 3d renderings.
I would be happy about any information you can share to put me in a better place to judge the future challenges.

Can anyone share some specific solutions how extracting of the original 3d mesh and texture maps is going to be prevented for Head Mounted Displays, augmented reality applications or holographic computing files?
