I am currently trying to eliminate noise of my renders in post using Neat Video in AE. I made some tests that worked fine with 'normal noise'. So I thought it could be worth rendering a bunch of frames using static noise. Maybe this could have a positive effect on the Neat Video plugin.

But renderings with static noise on are not different from those without. I thought the results do have like frozen noise all over the frames?

Did I miss somethng?

Interesting. I was just experiencing the same thing today. The noise is not looking very static to me.

As i heard that not %100 static in some situations. Not a plugin issue also. You can search standalone sections for more info.
