Displacement override

Can we have a check box that disables all displacement. Then for still we have it on and for animations we can turn it off.

Ive been requesting this for a while, and it is the one thing that always keeps us at work till 2 in the morning trying to work out why something wont render.

Saying that, thanks Karba for implementing some other critical features over the last 6 months
