hello,

I have a little trouble understanding to apply a texture to an object in Blender rendering engine with the Octane. To better explain my problem I will take as an example a simple scene: a plane for support and a cube as a decorative object.

1. I prepare my work plan in Blender.
2. I put a plan to create the ground.
3. I put a cube, I place on the plane.
4. I added a red texture on the cube.

From there, it's that I stuck. I would like to put a wooden floor texture (example) on the plane. As shown in my picture below my configuration of nodes changes the plane with a brown color, not with the texture.

For information, I use version 2.15 (the last seems).

It's been a few days I'm looking for how to do, but I have a little trouble with textures.

Can someone help me?
Sorry for my english: red:
Thank you.

Hi,
You need to unwrap the plane ("U" key in Edit mode) or use one of Octane's projections (as in the screenshot).
