Hi Juan,

I am working with an OBJ exported model from SolidWorks. I used the Simlab plugin to do the export and the model renders clean in the Standalone Octane 2.16, but when I bring it into Lightwave, I either get result A (with vertex map enabled), or result B (without vertex map enabled).

If I open the OBJ in Lightwave modeler and then save it as an OBJ and import it into the Standalone I get result C.

Can I send you the image direct?

Any insights would be much appreciated.

Regards
Carlo

Yes, please, if you can send to me the images and the models I could test them here.

Thanks Juan for, as always, the spot on advice and help.

Turns out I had rotated my model in modeler which had messed up the vertex normal map.
