Hi all,

Is it possible to connect a rendertarget to a placement? And from there go to geometrygroup for instancing?

haha wow, I just figured it out... :!:

connecting the rendertarget to the geometrygroup after connecting the .obj to the placement does the trick.

That is interesting - I haven't tested it yet but please tell us more what are you using it for?

for instancing a heavy .obj scene (780MB) on a 1,5Gb gtx590 @ 300dpi (3000x2400)

it consists of multiple office tables with light emitting screens and other random office stuff

I could instance it internally in octane because there are no walls, just one big floor plane ;)
