Hi,
I tried to render with a camera that is parented to an object; however, it doesn't work with Octane Render. Is there any work around?

Hi Thomas - as you have found out - the plugin does not support the camera being parented to another object. There is no workaround for this - sorry. You will need to animate the camera directly. There might be a script available which will copy the animation track of the prop (which you want to parent the camera to) to the camera.
