hey,
There seems to be a problem with motionblur on rotating wheels.
Just tried to get full motonblur, that is camera- as well as object-motionblur.
situation: I have a moving cam, next to driving car with spinning wheels.
Instead of producing some kind of radial blur the wheels are getting smaller and I have no clue why.
Despite the fact that even the camera-position is switching, depending on camera-blur beeing activated or not, this is my main problem.
So I just wonder if this is an already known Issue/Bug or if it's my fault missing some important settings.
thx for any advices and
here is an image.

Not a bug. Wheel are rotating very fast. This causes some scaling effect on unsufficient time span. Live viewer cannot provide sub-steps between two frames. See render settings -> timesampling for per frame. try 2,3,4,etc..
