hi

i need to create some reflecting light on a wall, but the light source need to be invisible, and only light on the wall - not on the ceiling.

i know how to add an hidden octane light, but i can't figure out how to avoid light on the ceiling.

any tips? :-)

thanks

hi noelnoel

thanks for your reply.

i would like the spotlight to be 'real', so right now i have created a cylinder with a octane sphere light inside. by doing this i can somehow control the light, but i have to keep the spot outside of the images, as i don't won't to se the spot itself, and i don't know how to hide it :-/

but i might end up modeling some small spots in the ceiling if i can't figure it out.

i'm trying to achicve the affect as seen on image number four in this thread
