Mac - Quadro 4000: CUDA error 100

Hello, I was curious to know if anyone knows of any issues with the newest CUDA drivers on mac for a Quadro 4000.

Specs:
Mac 10.9.5
Quadro 4000 (drivers 334 and CUDA 6.5)
Octane for Cinema 4D R16

I just installed CUDA 6.5 to use the new demo for C4D R16 and I'm getting an error stating there is no CUDA device. TFD also isn't recognizing it.

Both TFD and R15 version of Octane worked with the older CUDA driver. I guess I can go back to the old one and use the older versions of the plugin, but I'd like to know if this is a known issue and if there is a fix?
