Live DB Textures Missing

When I download materials from the Live DB, the textures load about 1/20 tries. What am I doing wrong?
Win 8.1 / C4D R16 / Maya '16 / 5x GTX 980 Ti

I'm running into the same issue. I've found that dragging the material from LiveDB onto the LiveViewer sometimes imports the material into the scene, but most of the time it's unresponsive.

do you know that some materials takes some time to download on first download?
