Today I purchased the Carrara plugin. But when I download the LiveDB materials something is wrong. Everytime it reaches download 178 an error occurs and Carrara crashes.

Even when I delete the Materials folder or reinstall the entire plugin the same error occurs when downloading Live DB content. And everytime at download 178. Any support would me very appreciated!

You need to get the latest [Test] version of the plugin. The liveDb support has completely changed.

Thanks for the support! And everything is working fine now. Thanks Sighman, you were right (of course you are :)). The new test version works great. Especially the LiveDB section!

Keep up the good work!

The question for me is: where does the new version store the materials and is the a possibility to download more than one material at a time.

Thanks in Advance,
Eddy

The material is converted to a Carrara master shader and stored in the scene. It does not store LiveDB materials to disk. However, you can use Carrara to save the master shader to disk if you really want to. The LiveDB tab is queued, you can click download on another material before the first has finished and it will be queued. There is no 'bulk' download feature.
