Can't save out images

Hi,

I'm quite frustrated.. When I want to save my renders I simply can't. Nothing happens when I write the file-name and choose a format.

Is it just me? Any help is highly appreciated!

Just posted the same question at the link you sent.

It's just very strange - nothing really happens when I want to save a rendered image. I get no error reports but the image file simply isn't saved out to the directory I choose. Tried all formats, saving at different places at my hd and restarting the computer - nothing seems to work.

The way I try to save the renders is this way:

1. I pause the render
2. On the "Octane Viewport Controls" I press the button "Save the current render to png or exr"
3. Then choose 8bit png.
4. Write a file name and choose an output directory - press save.
5. The image isn't there...

I need the info as follows:
If you have a support issue, pls provide the following information:
- Operating System (ie. Win XP, Vista, 7, 8)
- 32 or 64 bit
- Amount of RAM
- Graphics Card(s) - model (ie. GTX 580, 3GB)
- Nvidia driver version
- Modo version and SR number
- OctaneRender for Modo version (ie. 2.0.10.16)
- List what other plugins you have installed for Modo
- The most important part of resolving a problem is me being able to re-produce that problem. So pls provide as much detail as possible in order for me to do this, and if the problem is specific to the scene, send me the scene.
