For info DAZ call it the scene navigation tool, it is mentioned in the documentation here :

btw. now at home ..tested...i had no button on top. So Shift-K ist the hotkey if you need works fine.

It's the 'View Control' options, in particular the Keyboard Navigation that causes thise, use Shift-K to toggle it off/on.
