Hello everyone,

I'm having a tough time getting my final render to match the Live Viewer. I'm new to Octane, so maybe there's some basic setup detail I'm missing to make this effect work.

The goal is to have golden colored light emit from a material assigned to a portion of each cube (via polygon selection tag). It seems to work that way in the preview viewer, but when I attempt to render to the Picture Viewer the light bounces don't show up.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

The scene is lit with an OctaneHDRI:

These are the settings on the Octane Diffuse material:

Thanks,
Dmitry

Do you have installed the newest build? If so, go to the render settings "Main" tab and set "Method" to "Resend Only Updated Objects".
Then it should work fine.

Thank you! That fixed the problem.
