When working with Octanes shaders - like Turbulence or Noise, I miss two things.
I miss some kind of preview of my noise. Like in the native C4D Noise shader. I’ve just got a blank white square.
I also miss the color settings like in the native C4D noise shader.

Does that mean I'm a retard, or that my installation is wrong or that i make a problem out of nothing.

It's hard to say if you're a retard cause we don't know you personaly
But I don't see the preview too, so it's not you're instalation. And there is no way to change colours in the shader but you can do it mixing those shaders with rgb spectrum shaders.
So far I'm using native C4D shaders without a problem.

HAHA! That's true. Well I have a drivers license and a job. So I might be not fully retarded then. Thanks for clearing things out. Thought native C4D-shaders only worked in the Layers shader.slepy8 wrote:It's hard to say if you're a retard cause we don't know you personaly
