I am having some trouble getting the internal motion blur to work. When I export the animation to the standalone using alembic export, the motion blur works fine, but in the Maya plugin it is not showing up. I have the same setting in both and Ive tried batch rendering , but that didn't help either. In Maya you can see it sample the previous and next frame on the time slider(based on my shutter time) for the calculations but there is no visual change in the render. Is there something I am missing?

Are your moving objects set to movable proxy geometry type or deforming objects set to reshapeable proxy type? They won't blur if left as global. Also if you have displacement applied to a deforming object it won't blur even if it's set to reshapeable proxy :( I believe this last one is a limitation of the engine so also doesn't work in the standalone.

Also check your shutter settings.

That fixed it! I didn't notice that in the geometries attributes. Thanks for the quick reply!
