hi... i'm working on print Project area.. with high definition file ...

My resolution is 10 000 pix by 13 000 pixels.. 300 dpi ....

i'm on C4D last bulit r16... with the very last version of Octane and Nvidia drivers.. i'm on mac OS X yosemite last built .... i got an external nestor tower with an titan black edition 6go ..

the render it self works fine.. i use the direct lighting mode with 2650 samples ... each time i want to "enable" the render pass, octane doesn't want to render the picture ...

Does Anyone has got the same issue ?

Hi,

Can you check the memory stats?

A film buffer of 10000 x 13000 pixels with 4 floating point RGBA values (a floating point number is 4 bytes) occupies 10000 * 13000 * 4 * 4 ~ 2GB. Each extra render pass you enable requires an extra film buffer so it doesn't take too much to max out a 6GB card.

cheers,
Thomas
