fireflies on desktop AFTER octane crash!

Hey.
I got a scene I hope its only that one.
It crashes Octane and then the Specular/glossy fireflies continues to be present, but not inside the render window ( as app crashes and disapears ) but all over my monitors..have to reboot to make em go away.

check them here, its mild screenshot but i can make 1000 apear with moving windows around

Yep I got the same thing much more than once, I had to reboot each time to remove them. I didn't worry about that, it's not the first time a graphic card has strange behavior once it is stressed

Could you zip up something (OBJ+MTL) and get it to me ?
I think i've seen this before, would be cool if i can figure out why this happens.

Have you checked if your units are too large ?
eg, if you import the scene and change in the File -> OBJ import preferences, the meters to say centimeters,
then see if it still happens ?
