Hi,

(first of all, please don't take this topic offensive, it should just be a normal request.)
I wrote an e-mail to the support, because I can not use the activation support atm.
I used the paypal account of a friend to buy Octane last week and my personal information for this forum account.
The result is, that I can't request a lic-file; you have to use the e-mail you've used for the purchase, so this isn't mine and I can't write a request.

Now I asked the support to join both accounts to one with my mail address - but haven't heard anything about it since Tuesday.

1.What would you expect - how long does it take until I get a reply? (I want to use my licence)
2.I don't understand wherefor I created a forum account, when the paypal account seems to be used primary for the licensing process.

Cheers,
Benjamin

The Octane team has been really busy with activation requests and working on the software. I don't think they yet have someone specifically working on these issues at the moment, so just give it a little time (I know you've been waiting since Tues.).

Hi,

Send it again.

I send you an e-mail again, (now the 3rd time) just right now.

Hopefully you'll receive it this time (subject: "Support request -please join my accounts")

I did get it , but you will have to wait a bit.
We're in the middle of setting up a database and we want to enter all customers into it first then we'll make changes, otherwise it will become a spaghetti.
