Was trying to get the same type of semi opacity like i got in thea, but was unable to get a similar result. Was trying to make a non glossy specular with a high diffused colour threshold but wasn't able to.... Going the other way around making "glossy" with opacity wasn't achievable either so far. As opacity seems to have more of an overall fadeout effect, not real translucent allowing light through... Any suggestions would benefit allot thanks.

you can make a diffuse material and connect a colour to the transmission component,
then it turns into a diffuse transmitter.
we don't have glossy glass yet. that's coming soon.

Will all materials have an emitter option when its available?

Could have done way more passes. Can't wait for emitters... Will we also be able to use IES lights? Just as with models its not always easy to get the desired lighting effect imo...
