The interior shot is also one of my favorites.
The setup in mainly sun&sky environment, and usually we use a dome and fog cage to have the the atmospheric effect.
We had to re-create a part of the Lisbon region to be able to make some shots because we could not that pictures from this location.
City lights were made by instancing small spheres with different sizes and colours, this was still done in Octane 1.x
