3dsmax Plugin is late ?

Good evening

I am very impressed by Octane render, really a great product.

I am strictly a 3dsmax user and I wanted to try the demo version of Octane for 3dsmax, not the standalone version.

I downloaded the demo version for 3dsmax from this link :

but I noticed that It's version "1.20" and the most recent version of Octane seems > 2.0

so Why is there no update for the demo version of octane for 3dsmax ?

I'm sorry if my question was out of context but I'm really interested in buying the 3dsmax plugin

and I want to test the demo version to make sure that my current hardware is compatible and if

It can work smoothly in 3dsmax.
