When I change the sky color to an RGB image and then back to an RGB color, the color is 218,218,218 (gray) and sticks there, unchanged and unchangeable, in the rendered image.

I can change the color with the color picker but the sky continues to render the same light gray (the sun seems to continue to work as expected.)

Anyone else seen this issue adn know of a fix?

Hi Jeff - I hadn't noticed this before - but you are right. The reason is that when you change from Texture Environment to Daylight (or reverse), if there is NO image plugged into the "Texture" pin, the plugin is putting a grey RGB color in. So all you need to do "Disconnect" the RGB Color node from the "Texture" pin. I will see if there is a coding fix for this.
