Here we are!
I did model this room, maybe 8-10 years ago (using c4d); I wanted to try to render using Octane x c4d - AS IT WAS - and then the result!
Just the lamp shadow material and the sky, has been modified for correct result...

Wow, that looks delicious. Which material did u use for the lampshadow, if i might ask?

Thank you Jonas! Of course you can ask... ;)

You could choose a texture map in the 'trasmission' channel... So if there is a light source, it became luminous...
