Smicha,

Now that was a poetry..
(bit geeky, but =DDD)

Bulwerk

any case that could hold some rads, as those modified 780 will fit into any case
(case labs, Corsair to mention few obvious brands useg by multiGPU freaks)

6 x 780ti and water cooled them into a single slot configuration what case would you use?

And would a single 1600w PSU handle all that?

1600W for 6x780ti might not suffice.

I would go with 2x corsair ax 1500i - 4x780 for one PSU, 2x780 and rest for the second one.
You'll not load them fully, and they be quieter.

This PSU is silent and I hope to get one in the future.

Obsidian series from Corsair are very popular among system builders who specialise in multiGPU liquid cooled builds (Digital Storm, Maingear just to name few..)

It's been ordered!

https://www.maingear.com/boutique/pc/Re ... oduct=2175

I would have liked to build it myself. But the company I work for thought it would be good to have the have a guarantee from a builder on the parts and workmanship :|

I also got a quote from Boxx about their 4GPU systems but they do not offer liquid cooling on them (the GPUs). They tried to assure me that the cards would stay cool enough using their cases. And that may be true but they could never be overclocked.

I am gambling on the 980's becoming optimized... Hope that works out!
