Could you simply disable the GPUs on your own machine through your render options?

Thanks to reply abstractmedia.
i disable GPU in render setting, but not work.
For now i set low priority in render setting and is much better.

if You have a slave with a separate licence, why not to run a rendering workload on that machine alone? if You don't want to sit near it physically, let's say it is in other room, simply use vnc..upload files into dropbox & fire up the render work on that machine..

thanks glimpse,
i have one server machine where i work with maya license and octane standalone license and two slaves machines for network render (with standalone license). I can't run render in an slave machine without another maya octane plugin. :)

ou, I understand now =)

Mm, possible solution, is to export scene as orbs (don't know if maya has this) & render it out on the other machine (or two of them if You wish). Then You don't need extra maya licence on slaves =) as the scene only needs Standalone then =)
