I want to upgrade from v1.5 to v2. Is it enough to upgrade just the plugin or do I need to upgrade the standalone as well?

Hey KleanZlate,
upgrading to 2.0 requires you to purchase both updates - standalone and the Poser plug-in.
Should you already have purchased and installed both of them, from what I can remember the Poser plug-in doesn't need Standalone to be updated, since it's functioning on it's own.

I have licenses for both the standalone and plugin versions 1.5 but I never use the standalone one. So is it enough for me to just upgrade the plugin?TRRazor wrote:Hey KleanZlate,

I keep getting this message from Paypal when trying to pay:
"Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."
I've googled this and tried various "fixes" but nothing seems to be working. Just to make sure, this is strictly a Paypal issue, right?

Hi KlenaZlate,
Can you please send a screenshot of the error to [email protected]
I'm hoping that the problem is temporary and will work again later.
The only other option we have is an international bank transfer which is not very good. It is very slow (usually takes a week) and sometimes comes with very large fees.

I contacted PayPal and they sent a list of steps I could take, none of which has worked. I sent their reply along with a screenshot of the error to your support email.
Thanks for the reply.

If its not a problem with the credit card it might be something on your PC that is blocking Paypal to validate the transfer. Try a different browser or better yet - a different PC with a different Internet connection.
