Keep render settings ?

Hello,

If I have two poser scenes, 1 and 2. And 1 is open with octane render settings set.

And i want to import document 2, into 1 - how do I keep the octane settings for scene 1?

From memory, when you import one Poser document into another Poser document, the Poser python interfaces tells the plugin that a new scene has been loaded, so the imported document's (scene 2) plugin settings will override the original documents (scene 1) settings. I doubt there is any way to change this behavior. You can save scene 1's rendertarget settings by Exporting the rendertarget and Importing into the merged scene. For materials, save the scene 1 materials you want to keep in the Poser Material.
