Uninstalled Demo (C4D) - "My Octane Settings" on Export

I recently tried out the C4D plugin demo version and have since uninstalled. However, when I export files to other formats (.3DS, .fbx, etc.) the resulting scenes still include an object labelled "my octane settings."

Could someone please advise on how I might fix this issue?

Just make a clean start scene. This should be stay in your start.c4d or so
