frames take 15 seconds to load 2 seconds to render

when I try to change the option "render only changed objects" from "resend all scene data" I can not select "render only changed objects". Is this a bug?

Sorry but if you need some help please keep questions under a single thread. I see three of these in on hour. Cannot give so much time to follow every question.

I hope you could understand that we don't have so much time to try to understand question. Please be more specific and try to help me.

As i said, please use this settings. and objecttag for moving objects. Check sample scenes, there is many render ready scenes.

Sorry but I did both of these things and its still 15 seconds per frame, what should i Do?

I have no idea about your scene. What are you trying show please.

its just a simple spehere moving location across the screen. It takes 2 seconds to render and 15 seconds to load, making a 10 second animation an hour to render.

simple sphere is too big, ok :)
Use 2.06 and be sure your object is not generating update messages. Some type of objects can trigger this message. Plugin cannot be know is it really stay same. And refreshes this kind of objects.
Ex. cloth nurbs, clonned primitives(with render instances), etc...
