Hi
I tried to Export my Scene with the Camera and the connected Imageplane wich is connected to the Camera ( not a Geometry Plane ), everything works fine only my Imageplane will not export to Octane.
Or is it not possible yet ??
I used the Maya Script Plugin

Hi guys thanks
The idea with the plane connected to the Camera is not so optimal.
The basic Workflow to import a Image inside a Camera gives you some advantage.
Tha main thing is that when you move or rotate your camera, your Backplate ( Imageplane ) will not move .
So you can rotate and position your Scene like in a classic 3d Application to match your object to your Backplate and render it.
So if this will be possible, it were great.

In Octane it gives no expressions/modifyers to match/link the plane to the camera...
When you want it only for Maya, that should be not a problem.
