These are really nice. The lighting works very well with the composition. The only thing is the bump map on the floor is a bit too much. Most parquet floor don't have that much separation or variation between the planks, it would be rather uncomfortable. If those are bricks they are usually reserved for outdoor settings, anyway great job and thanks for sharing.

This scene has alot of large windows allowing lots of light in, also the hdri is very good, one of the better ones I've found on the net.
The first two images are just pure hdri, the last one there are 9 small ceiling lights that help.
I use the f/stop to adjust the brightness and thats it.

Nice ... I love the natural lighting and the "grayish white day" ambiente. Especially noobs like me fall too often for "bautiful" in the generic term and render everything in golden sunlight instead of sitting down and thinking how many days actually look instead
