I do not like some of the shaders that I did. But I can not understand how to do better.
Any ideas?

shaders are quite good. You need to work on the light , and it will live :)

couple of ideas:
make the bread more diffuse
find a way to melt that cheese and add a bit of reflection to it

It's the cheese that brings it down :) melting..maybe some texture.. ? and bit more smooth..

But if it helps...I got hungry from that picture :)

I like the burger. It's very well done.

I would suggest putting the burger on a black background. The pink tray or plate bothers me for some reason.
