Hi,
We are trying to do plan renderings (orthographic).
Currently, Octane will render through the Max default cameras, which have a checkbox for orthographic rendering.
Case: Max camera with Orthographic option | Octane frame buffer & max frame buffer have identical settings / aspect and render size
Issues:
When using the Octane Frame Buffer:
Rendering is incorrect compared with the viewport; it is close, but not the same. The content from the safe frames renders ok, though the content is not the same as displayed in the max viewport with safeframes. Octane renders a slightly zoomed in view.
When using the Max Frame Buffer:
The Max frame buffer rendered content is very different from the safe frame viewport. Octane renders geometry correctly, though the render is zoomed in a lot.
Two different and wrong outputs from what is expected in each of the render buffers.
Thanks,
N.
