AFAIK Lumion doesn't support plugins.

Gabriel is right here. Lumion is DX9 based and I doupt that it even would look nice with the Lumion material system and low-poly geometry.
I left Lumion behind for the reason it doesnt support multi-gpu and its limited GI functionality. If you look at what Unreal Engine 4 can do Lumion is only good for cheap movies and layouting.
