Need some help.
In the picture is there a way to remove these hot yellow areas,
also can you advise how to get a pure white floor .

Aren't those areas just part of the ring being reflected?

Yeah . Just thought I might be able to reduce this area in some way . Any suggestion for brilliant white floor . Thanks !

Apply a dirt texture to the specular channel or your material. This way you should be able to reduce reflectivity in tight areas. Also, I think the IOR of your metal is way out of range. Consider using a falloff texture to modulate reflections in camera facing areas as well.
