Hi

Just a quick question - where do I find the Clay-render option? - I've been looking, but no luck :-/

Thanks

Finding a proper button requires some trial and error at the moment.
I'll add tooltips shortly.

Cheers!

Hi tetrochuan,

This is a step towards making Octane overly complicated. I would like to keep it minimalistic and simple.

Keeping it simple is good, but allowing you to exclude materials (glass)
from Clay mode is really powerful (see Vray). Maybe there is a simple
way of doing this ;)

What about a 'material-by-layer' override option. So a layer gets assigned a material and an on/off toggle renders all elements/groups on a particular layer in it's associated material or restores it to 'native' materials if off.

C'mon Fuzzy, it shouldn't be a challenge for a genius like you!
