Hi, i just downloaded Octane Demo for Mac and I'm following all the instructions to import a .obj file but once imported I click on the box in the Graph Editor I don't see any image in the Render Viewport, all i get is a whole bunch of information in the Node Inspector.
Look at the pictures here, the first one is without selecting the obj file and the second one is after I clicked on it.
What am I missing?

Thanks for your help, its a shame that they limit the hardware that you can use.
I dont understand why there is an option to download Octane for Mac if Macs don't come with Nvidia nor Cuda cards

Cuda is a choice for development, can't see that's a shame. Also not every Mac's with Ati, some of them has Cuda cards.

Best,
Ahmet

Is this with the standalone? Can you please give some more details? Please let us know the steps you are taking and what is happening (or not).

Hi,

I'm just getting started with octane.
I 've downloaded demo version plus simple test scenes from octane demosuite.
My graphic card (NVIDIA quadro2000) is quite old but should be compliant.
OS is Windows7 - 64bits

I tried several .obj meshes.
Loading and compiling seem to happen correctly but I can't obtain any image from any of the sample.
Message is "0 Textures, 0 Triangles, 0 Displacement, 0 Hairs. O Mesh..."

Can someone help please?
Thanks.
