Hi kxl,
Nice compositions. Good use of colour. Other improvements:
1. A bit of lens-shift would help - particularly on the second shot.
2. Scale of characters & car on the 3rd shot is way out - it could really discredit a shot.
3. I like your lighting approach but I wonder if more of a sunset sky (or at least a bit darker - more like the third one) would not be more effective in the second shot. But then you might have to work on the building lighting a bit (?) - it's worth a shot.
