What is the best thing to do with the PhysX settings?

I have three cards in the machine right now and the default "processor" is set to auto-select.
which card should it be set to and should the "dedicate to PhysX" be checked for selected card?
4x GTX 780 6gb // 32gb ram // 1600w

PhysX is a gaming physics technology and isn't used by octane. Leaving this on auto-select should be fine.
